About us

Nkonka Women in Agribusiness (NWAB) is a women-led membership organisation dedicated to empowering women across the agricultural value chain. We support women farmers, entrepreneurs, processors, and agribusiness professionals by providing access to training, mentorship, markets, and strategic partnerships that help them build sustainable and competitive agribusiness enterprises. Through capacity building, advocacy, and innovation, NWAB works to break down barriers that limit women’s participation in agriculture while promoting inclusive growth and food security. By connecting experienced agribusiness leaders with emerging youth innovators, we are fostering a dynamic network of women committed to transforming agriculture and driving long-term economic development in their communities.
